
A Creative Production Pipeline — Made with Fanatics
The sports calendar is a never-ending flow of marquee events—from the NFL and College Football Playoffs, to March Madness and international competitions. That’s why Fanatics asked us to become an extension of their internal creative team to scale production for their social and email promotions.
What started as a Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign quickly turned into an all-out blitz of customized assets. For every approved creative variant, we teamified them across all major sports leagues, multiplying our production exponentially.
During peak season, we produced over 1,200 assets per week, across all major sports leagues—from design and teamification, to resizing, exporting, and final delivery.

To keep up with timelines and stay ahead of any potential blockers, our team created a custom QA tool, alongside a combination of plugins and Figma systems to automate the teamifying process. The After Effects plugin pulled data from team logos, hex code values, and a QA sheet—to create hundreds of customized assets in just a few clicks.


By optimizing the project workflow, it allows our designers to spend more time upfront to push on each campaign's design system, elevate the creative POV, and try bolder motion graphics techniques to ensure that each asset becomes a scroll-stopper.
