The WorkLife Awards celebrate the top companies that are excelling in workplace culture and company values. This year, we’re honored to announce Hook as a finalist for Best Onboarding Process and Sandbox’s win for Best Mentorship Program.

Sandbox is our external mentorship program aimed at making creative careers more accessible for diverse voices and underrepresented talent.

• Sandbox High is dedicated to high school students, exposing them to varying creative career possibilities and offering real-world creative work experiences through workshops and exercises.
• Sandbox U is our virtual program for entry-level creatives and provides exposure to creative professions through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Both programs provide creatives with access to resources and highlight the multiple nontraditional entry points into the creative industry.
