We’re a WorkLife Award winner!
Digiday’s annual WorkLife Awards recognize top employers and the values that make them stand out. We’re thrilled to be a winner this year in the Most Committed to Work/Life Balance category, highlighting our priority of being an agency where people can do their best work without having to sacrifice other aspects of their life.
The way we see it—work is important, but so is everything else. Our teams do amazing, award-winning work and they deserve an amazing, award-winning workplace.
Most Committed to Work/Life Balance
Winning in this category is especially significant because the advertising world has long been known for working late nights and long weekends. Like all agencies, our work is critical to our success, but our long term objective is creating a great working environment where our people are growing alongside our clients.
From experimenting with company-wide breaks (like last December’s Ctrl+Alt+Retreat) to nurturing a work environment that supports our staff’s mental and physical health through flexible hours, growth and well-being stipends, work-from-home allowances and employee assistance programs—we refuse to force our teams to compromise on a life well lived professionally or a life well lived personally.
Those values extend to every area of our business, and we’re proud to have also been nominated in the categories of Most Committed to Social Good, in recognition of our commitment to exposing young people from historically underrepresented communities to creative opportunities in this field; and Best Mental Wellness Program, in recognition of creating a remote-first work environment with mental and physical well-being at the heart.
