An Awareness Campaign Made with Tripadvisor

Tripadvisor offers so much more than just reviews, but they needed our help in communicating that to users. We crafted videos to encourage travelers to visit the website to find hotels and things to do by demonstrating that with Tripadvisor, they can fully plan and book their trip all in one place.

Extending an existing, in-house campaign, we focused on highlighting consumer pain points, establishing a problem/solution framework. This helped us hone in on the traveler insights that resonated most, allowing us to clearly showcase what made Tripadvisor the ideal solution. Our work honored the original creative, and introduced a streamlined storytelling approach, which sped up production and enhanced the narrative to better resonate with the target audience.

Instead of developing new content from scratch, visual strategy integrates user-generated content from their platform into their marketing materials, ensuring authentic representation throughout. We researched and sourced compelling locations, including hotels, restaurants, and things to do, pairing them with real reviews and photography. This commitment to leveraging genuine contributions from its community of users ultimately delivered visuals that matched the feel of the site, fostered trust, and provided a distinct human touch.
